Explore Praia and UNESCO-listed Cidade Velha on a small-group Cape Verde tour with hotel pickup, local guides, markets, forts, and historic streets.
“Alex was amazing ! So knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Our driver was also great. Learned a lot, and had a lot of fun. We were able to see everything in our own pace.”
Explore Praia markets, colonial sights, and UNESCO-listed Cidade Velha on a compact Cape Verde tour with pickup and a small group.
“Our group of 8 prebooked a tour in Praia when our cruise ship came in. Unfortunately our ship cancelled the stop because of been fogged in in Cape Town. I contacted Antonio and he agreed to refund monies paid. So professional and a delight to deal with. I would not hesitate in using this company.”
Explore Praia’s Plateau, markets, lighthouse, colonial sights, and a traditional Cape Verdean lunch with local hosts.
“Visite sympa mais sans plus, la ville ne présentant pas de particularité. Guide maîtrisant bien son sujet et très bon repas chez les locaux”
Explore Praia and UNESCO-listed Cidade Velha on a private 3-hour Cape Verde shore tour with port pickup, local history, and flexible guiding.
“The old slave market and St. Franciscan monastery. The guide was very knowledgeable and his English was very good. The trip was very nicely organized and we have seen a lot of interesting things in Praia. Thank you BuTours for a wonderful experience.”
Explore Praia’s lighthouse, markets, monuments, and local lunch on a small-group walking tour with hotel pickup and drop-off.
“Was sold as a private tour according to my booking voucher. Under the "Additional info" section of both this tour and the Cidade Velha tour, it was indicated that "This is a private tour. Only your group will participate". It seems that they have changed it now but their duplicity on this stance was uncalled for.”
Explore Praia and UNESCO-listed Cidade Velha on a four-hour Santiago Island tour with market visits, historic monuments, and hotel pickup.
“Tour molto piacevole con accompagnatore giovane ma già preparato ed estremamente disponibile alle spiegazioni e a fornire curiosità sui posti visitati. Interessante la visita al centro di Santiago ma soprattutto affascinante la vecchia capitale. Molto consigliato per avere un'idea dell'isola per le persone che hanno poco tempo a disposizione (nel nostro caso, tappa di crociera).”
Explore São Filipe’s colonial Sobrados, Fogo’s lava coast, Salinas natural pool, and taste baobab punch on this half-day tour.
“The island of Fogo has a stunning beauty, just like its neighbor Brava. A welcoming and dynamic people who love their island. Fantastic experience climbing the volcano. Definitely a repeat visit.”
Explore Sal’s salt pans, old settlements, Santa Maria, local crafts, and Cape Verdean culture on this practical four-hour guided tour.
“Génial, fantastique comme notre visite du tour de l'île. Rien à redire”
Explore Fogo’s volcano, coffee farms, coastal villages, cheese, lava trails, and a 600-year-old baobab on this São Filipe day tour.
“A lot of time spent in the car, it's a shame that the coffee plantation was closed when we visited. Swimming in a fantastic natural pool.”
Explore Mindelo’s colonial center, markets, and fish trade with a local guide on this flexible two-hour São Vicente city tour.
Every kind of day out across the islands, and the best of each.
