We had a 24 year old and a 15 year old with us and I have never seen my 15 year old smile and laugh so much. “Overall a fantastic once in a lifetime experience for us, but difficult communication at the start set us on a bad beginning. Lovely friendly tour guide tried hard. We were picked up at hotel, the tour info said 7pm and we were early. Other guests were being taken on similar tours (TUI, Michael Worthington) but ours didn’t arrive. Luckily another tour guide phoned someone and we were told our tour would be 45mins late. (it’s ’no stress’ time.) I don’t mind as long as we know, we would have not waited - our beach trip had been postponed due to storms so we assumed this had been cancelled. Spot Tours…”
