“Lino, the guide from Green Line Tours, was a happy fellow with a lot of valuable knowledge of the island of San Vicente. At several stops he explains about geological, botanical issues and history of Cabo Verde. Always open for questions and suggestions. Lunch at the restaurant Hamburg was well organised, served fast and very tasteful. Although the road was a challenge, the skills of driver Edson, were great and he drove very safe. We also had time to swim at Baia das Gatas near the festival area. Edson, besides he could drive was also a great nurse as I got a wound to my toe. I recommend this tour…”

“Ich hatte eine unterhaltsame Wanderung mit Raquel. Einen Teil der Strecke sind wir einen steinigen, mäßig gesicherten Weg gelaufen, den Rest bis zum Gipfel dann die Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Man sollte auf jeden Fall eine Windjacke mitnehmen, da es an manchen Stellen enorm windig und kalt sein kann. Leider war der Ausblick an dem Tag auch nicht gut. Dafür gab es oben einen kleinen Imbiss und Kaffee oder Tee zum Aufwärmen. Viele Touristen fahren einfach mit dem Auto zum Gipfel, es ist jedoch viel entspannter und bewusster, diesen Weg zu wandern.”
